الحد الأقصى للوقت الواجب انتظاره قبل إعادة محاولة اختيار الأجزاء المراد دمجها بعد
عدم اختيار أي أجزاء. سيؤدي خفض هذا الإعداد إلى تشغيل مهام الاختيار في
background\_schedule\_pool بوتيرة متكررة، مما ينتج عنه عدد كبير من
الطلبات إلى ZooKeeper في العناقيد واسعة النطاق
