Activa la eliminación concurrente de partes (consulta 'max\_part\_removal\_threads') solo si
el número de partes de datos inactivas es al menos este valor.

Igual que `concurrent_part_removal_threshold`, pero se usa cuando al menos una
de las partes que se van a eliminar está almacenada en un disco remoto. El valor predeterminado es menor
porque cada eliminación de una parte en almacenamiento remoto suele requerir un viaje
de ida y vuelta por la red (por ejemplo, un `DELETE` HTTP por parte en el almacenamiento de objetos), por lo que una
eliminación en serie de tan solo 100 partes puede bloquear un `DROP TABLE` durante decenas de
segundos.
