ローカルディスクから読み取る際に、ユーザー空間ページキャッシュを使用します。テスト用途の設定であり、実運用でパフォーマンスが向上する可能性は低いです。`local_filesystem_read_method = 'pread'` または `'read'` が必要です。OS page cache は無効化されません。これを無効化するには、`min_bytes_to_use_direct_io` を使用できます。通常のテーブルにのみ影響し、file() テーブル関数および File() テーブルエンジンには影響しません。
