`randChiSquared`, `randStudentT`, `randFisherF`와 같은 난수 분포 함수에서 분포의 shape 매개변수에 허용되는 최댓값입니다. 극단적인 매개변수 값으로 인해 계산 시간이 과도하게 길어지는 현상을 방지합니다.

`randBinomial` 및 `randNegativeBinomial` 같은 난수 분포 함수에 허용되는 최대 시행 횟수입니다. 시행 횟수가 클 때 계산 시간이 지나치게 길어지는 것을 방지합니다.
