Usado para regular como os recursos são utilizados e compartilhados entre merges e
outros workloads. O valor especificado é usado como valor da configuração `workload` para
merges em segundo plano desta tabela. Se não for especificado (string vazia), a
configuração do servidor `merge_workload` será usada.
